Procedure |

| |
- In hot oil, stir fry the onions and garlic.
- Add the spices and vinegar and stir fry for 5 minutes in medium-high
heat.
- Add the meat and cooked covered in medium heat until meat is
tender. You might wish to evaporate excess water.
