Hi,
The first ingredient you list for Tandoori spice mix reads rather confusing – is it 10 cloves or just 1 – or what should it read?
Tony
Oops. Thanks for note. It should be 10 cloves. The 0 came out as o. I hope you like this recipe. My wife and I found this to be the best – our friends love it too.
I came across your recipe whilst looking for a tandoori spice mix for a new dish I have created and didn’t want to use bought or packet mix. However, I notice you use red food colour. What is this exactly? Is this necessary? I thought the paprika and chili would give it its red colour. The reason I ask is because I try to avoid things like food colour as it is not always natural and the natural one is a beetle.
Thanks
