Who, for better or for worse, has had the most impact on Bangladesh and Bangladeshis?

The people have spoken. Or, at least those with internet access. In a polling marked by numerous people attempting to skew the results by voting numerous times, I had quite a job on my hands trying to filter out spurious and fraudulent votes. While this was not a scientific poll where users were broken down into demographic categories, a trend emerged early on and lasted till the voting booth was closed.

Now, without further ado, The Bangladesh Home Pages presents the Bangladeshi of the Year 1997.
