March 16, 2003: On the Mymensingh Bomb Blast Inquiry Report:

Good to see a rare independent and neutral report by the one man judicial commission. Cheers for Justice Sultan Khan for not kowtowing to what must have been severe political pressures. Cheers for the government for its prompt institution of the inquiry commission and staying away from trying to influence its report.

March 13, 2003: Ban on three wheelers on some more city roads: :

Jeers for the government for not taking into account the lack of adequate public transport to ameliorate the difficulties caused by this decision. A half cheer for the government for at least trying to solve the capital city's traffic chaos.
