Definitions.: "Virtual Bangladesh" is an interactive on-line service consisting of information services and content. "Subscriber" means each person who accesses a connection to Virtual Bangladesh.
Changed Terms.: Virtual Bangladesh shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to Subscriber's use of Virtual Bangladesh, or any part thereof.
Subscriber Conduct.: Virtual Bangladesh contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of Virtual Bangladesh are copyrighted as a collective work under the existing copyright laws. Subscriber acknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

Virtual Bangladesh _sm is the trademark of Virtual Bangladesh which may be registered in certain jurisdictions. Other trademarks shown are trademarks of their respective owners.
